ClauseCheck: Contract Help
Read the contract before you sign it.
Photograph a lease, job offer, NDA, freelance agreement or insurance policy. ClauseCheck reads it with on-device OCR, then returns a plain-English summary, an attention score, and flagged clauses quoted word-for-word from your own document. If it cannot locate a clause verbatim in your text, it drops the flag rather than describing one that is not there.
How It Works
A short, plain-language walkthrough of what the app does and what your first session looks like, so visitors arriving with zero context grasp the value before deciding to download.
Skim the steps below to see how the app fits into your routine, then tap through to the App Store when you're ready to give it a try.
Free
Every analysis shows the plain-English summary, the attention score, the flagged-clause count and the highest-priority clause in full with its exact quote, plus the questions-to-ask list, the common-checks list and detected key dates. One deadline reminder, the document vault with share and export, and the offline Learn glossary are free.
Paid
Pro unlocks unlimited analyses, every flagged clause rather than only the top one, the common-pattern note on each clause, and unlimited deadline reminders.
ClauseCheck Pro is US$9.99 per month or US$49.99 per year, each with a 7-day free trial. Prices in other countries are set by the App Store and shown before you buy. Saved documents stay free to view and export whether or not you subscribe. Subscription options auto-renew unless cancelled in Apple Settings → Subscriptions.
Privacy
ClauseCheck reads your document with Apple's on-device Vision OCR — the photograph never leaves your iPhone. Only the extracted text is sent for analysis, and only after you give explicit, versioned consent naming the processor; consent is revoked automatically if that processor or the policy version changes. Your vault, key dates and reminders stay on-device. No advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, contact upload or location tracking. ClauseCheck provides informational analysis only and is not legal advice.
